Start a booking →The standard ReadyBin rental period is 14 calendar days beginning on the delivery date. Equipment will be picked up on the scheduled return date unless an extension is requested in advance. Extensions are $39 per additional 7-day period.
Use equipment only for normal household moving and storage. Keep boxes clean, dry, secure, and return them in substantially the same condition, normal wear excepted. Do not modify, paint, drill, or permanently label boxes or dollies.
Customers are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear. Replacement fees are $20 per moving tote, $10 per attached lid, and $75 per dolly. Charges may be applied to the payment method on file.
Equipment not available on the scheduled pickup date may incur a $15-per-day late fee. After 14 additional days, equipment may be considered unreturned and replacement charges may apply.
Provide safe access for delivery and ensure all equipment is empty and accessible at pickup. A $25 return-trip fee may apply when pickup cannot be completed because the equipment or location is inaccessible.
Normal dust and scuffs are expected. Excessive dirt, food residue, liquids, paint, chemicals, or odors may result in a cleaning fee of up to $50.
ReadyBin is not responsible for damage to customer belongings, improper packing, weather-related damage after delivery, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
More than 48 hours before delivery: free cancellation. Between 24 and 48 hours: $25 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before delivery, or after delivery begins: 50% of the rental fee.
Payment is due at booking. By placing an order, the customer authorizes ReadyBin to charge the payment method on file for rental fees, approved extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, failed pickup fees, and lost or damaged equipment. A payment method may be retained for up to 90 days after return to collect authorized unpaid balances.
